Dell 0D9R3F Optiplex Micro VESA MFF All-In-One Mounting Kit on E Series Monitors

We wound up not using this.  Brand new, open box.  This let you mount a micro form factor Optiplex computer on the back of most Dell E series monitors (the stand of an E series monitor doesn't use the VESA mounting points on the back of the E series monitor).
THIS DOESN'T WORK WITH THE E SERIES MONITORS WHOSE MODEL NUMBER ENDS WITH HS.  Like the E2420HS.
Comes with:
Computer mounting case that holds the PC and goes on the VESA holes on the back of the monitor
Short display port to display port cable
A part that screws to the bottom of the E series monitor to deal with the extra weight of the computer to help keep the monitor from tipping over.
Assorted screws - for the VESA holes and holes on the bottom of the E series monitor for the extra 'foot'.
Not sure if I lost the instructions or there weren't any. It's pretty intuitive.  I'll include a page from the Dell website about installation.
